My appointment was canceled last minute twice. The first time I got a cancellation text 30 minutes before my appointment. I called to reschedule and the appointment booker on the phone was rude when I tried to book my appointment ahead of time. She questioned why I wanted to even book an appointment 3 weeks out. I explained how busy of a work schedule I have. Even with the rude front desk and a cancelled appointment I still wanted to give them an opportunity. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and it was cancelled 1 minute before my appointment.

! From the second I called to set up my appointment the service was awesome. The lady who answer the phone to set the appointment was sweet and helpful I hate that I didn’t get her name!
