My appointment was canceled last minute twice. The first time I got a cancellation text 30 minutes before my appointment. I called to reschedule and the appointment booker on the phone was rude when I tried to book my appointment ahead of time. She questioned why I wanted to even book an appointment 3 weeks out. I explained how busy of a work schedule I have. Even with the rude front desk and a cancelled appointment I still wanted to give them an opportunity. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and it was cancelled 1 minute before my appointment.

I went in for a Tordol shot, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was beyond sweet, friendly, and professional. They were not only gentle during the process but also very informative, explaining everything in detail and making me feel completely at ease. In addition to the shot, I decided to try a 10-minute session on the EmSculpt NEO for my core, hoping it would help alleviate some pressure from my back. I was amazed at how well it worked!
